• Live in Auburn, Burien, Des Moines, Federal Way, Kent, Renton, SeaTac, orTukwila
• Be behind in rent
• Be impacted by COVID-19
• Meet the current monthly maximum household income below. Funding may not be available in both tiers.
o 1 Person: Tier 1 $2,126, Tier 2 $3,483
o 2 Persons: Tier1 $2,873, Tier 2 $3,983
o 3 Persons: Tier 1 $3,620, Tier 2 $4,479
o 4 Persons: Tier 1 $4,366, Tier 2 $4,975
o 5 Persons: Tier 1 $5,113, Tier 2 $5,375
o 6 Persons: Tier 1 $5,860, Tier 2 $5,775
o 7 Persons: Tier 1 $6,606, Tier 2 $6,171
o 8 Persons: Tier 1 $7,353, Tier 2 $6,571
