How to register:
Step 1:Â Print & fill out registration packet (Essental Worker Childcare Registration Form). If your child is not a member yet, please also submit the membership form below.
Step 2:Â Gather proof of place of employment (example: pay stub or work ID card)
Step 3: Scan and email the registration packet and proof of employment to Downtown Clubhouse Director, Katee Freeman at katee@boysandgirlsclub.info
Step 4:Â Katee Freeman will confirm via email your enrollment submission and status including payment instructions

Cost:Â $75/ WeekÂ
- Program offered to youth ages 6-18 years old
- Boys & Girls Club membership required ($100)
- Program is limited to 20 youth
- Distance learning & homework assistance every day!
- Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon snacks provided by the Club!

8:00 – 8:45am Check in / Breakfast / Center choice time
8:45 – 11:00am Activity time
11:00m – 12:15pm Homework/ Distance Learning/ Educational Activities
12:15 – 1:00pm Lunch
1:00 – 1:45pm Activity time
1:45 – 3:00pm Homework/ Distance Learning/ Educational Activities
3:00 – 3:30pm Snack time
3:30 – 6:00pm Activity time
